Ion Codrescu was born in 1951. He was educated and received his degree at the Fine Arts Academy, Bucharest. He has published poems, essays and articles in 18 countries and 13 languages. J.Codrescu has won numerous prizes national and international prizes for his haiku, haiga, drowings and paintings.

Ginkа Biliarska was born in 1946. Graduated from Sofia University, Faculty for Slavic languages, master of arts, her haiku are published in 9 languages in 11 countries. Journalist, author of plays, poems, articles on different themes. President of the Bulgarian haiku club.
