Running to work
Through the lilac bushes
And beggars’ stares

The stands
Full of fallen leaves
A slow runner

The pumpkin flower
Struggling to pick
An appropriate vessel

Frosty morning
The trader and the customer
Not haggling yet

Autumn forest
The birds a bit quieter
The rain a bit louder

The empty nest
In the straw hat
Of the scarecrow

Wet terrace
The autumn flowers
In a wooden vase

At the kerb
The abandoned doll
Smiling
